Cancellation Policy

Transportation Policy This Transportation Policy applies to all transportation services provided by S.A. Bodyguard, including security driver services, armored or non-armored vehicles, and chauffeur-driven transport with or without bodyguard services. 1. Scope of Transportation Services Transportation services may include: Professional driver Vehicle provision (as agreed, e.g. Toyota Alphard or equivalent) Fuel and standard operational costs Route planning and coordination Waiting time within agreed service hours All transportation services are provided for safety, escort, and logistical support purposes. 2. Service Hours & Time Calculation Service hours begin and end according to the agreed booking schedule. Any waiting time, delays, or standby requested by the client are counted as service time. Extensions beyond the agreed service period may incur additional charges. 3. Routes & Destination Changes Routes and destinations must be agreed in advance where possible. Last-minute changes, additional stops, or extended distances may result in additional charges. Travel to high-traffic areas, remote locations, or during peak/holiday periods may be subject to adjusted rates. 4. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances S.A. Bodyguard is not responsible for delays caused by: Traffic congestion Weather conditions Accidents or road closures Government restrictions or public events Such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund. Reasonable route adjustments will be made to ensure safety and efficiency. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Provide accurate pickup locations and schedules Use vehicles responsibly and lawfully Not request unsafe, illegal, or reckless driving S.A. Bodyguard reserves the right to refuse transportation if safety or legality is compromised. 6. Vehicle Care & Damages Clients may be held responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or misuse of the vehicle caused during service. 7. Luggage & Personal Belongings Reasonable luggage is permitted within vehicle capacity. S.A. Bodyguard is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings left in the vehicle. 8. Service Adjustments In the event of vehicle malfunction or operational issues, S.A. Bodyguard reserves the right to provide a replacement vehicle of similar class where reasonably possible. 9. Integration with Other Policies This Transportation Policy forms part of S.A. Bodyguard’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
