Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by S.A. Bodyguard. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

S.A. Bodyguard provides professional security and bodyguard services, including but not limited to personal protection, VIP security, event security, travel escort, and residential security.
Our services are preventative and protective in nature and do not replace law enforcement authority.

2. Service Execution

All services are delivered based on prior assessment, agreed schedules, and client cooperation. Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to safety planning.

3. Service Hours & Adjustments

Service hours begin and end as agreed in writing. Any extension of service time may be subject to additional charges unless otherwise stated.

Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances do not constitute a breach of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Act lawfully at all times
Follow reasonable security instructions
Not request services that violate local or international laws

S.A. Bodyguard reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if safety or legality is compromised.

5. Limitation of Liability

While all reasonable measures are taken to ensure client safety, S.A. Bodyguard cannot guarantee the prevention of all risks or incidents. Liability is limited to the scope of agreed services.

S.A. Bodyguard is committed to protecting your privacy and handling all client information with strict confidentiality.

Refund & Cancellation

PolicyDue to the nature of security services and advance personnel scheduling, the following refund policy applies:

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure personnel, planning, and scheduling.

2. Client Cancellation

Cancellations within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Service Disruptions

Delays or interruptions caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or force majeure events are not grounds for a refund. Reasonable service adjustments may be offered where possible.

4. Company Responsibility

If S.A. Bodyguard is unable to deliver the agreed service without valid cause, a pro-rated refund or service credit may be offered at management discretion.
