Event & Villa Security Policy This policy applies to all event security and villa / residential security services provided by S.A. Bodyguard. 1. Scope of Services Event and villa security services are provided for access control, crowd management (where applicable), risk prevention, and on-site safety support. Services are delivered based on prior assessment of the location, duration, and risk level, and according to an agreed security plan. 2. Service Planning & Assessment Security coverage is determined following a site assessment or information provided by the client. Any changes to venue layout, event schedule, guest numbers, or property use must be communicated in advance, as they may affect service requirements. 3. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Provide accurate information regarding the event or property Cooperate with security procedures and access control measures Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Failure to cooperate may reduce service effectiveness or result in service adjustment. 4. Professional Conduct All security personnel operate with professionalism, discretion, and respect toward guests, residents, and the public. Our team aims to maintain a secure environment without unnecessary disruption. 5. Limitations & Liability While all reasonable measures are taken to ensure safety, S.A. Bodyguard cannot guarantee the prevention of all incidents. The company is not responsible for incidents arising outside the agreed scope of services or due to factors beyond reasonable control. 6. Right to Adjust or Terminate Service S.A. Bodyguard reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate services if safety risks increase significantly, unlawful activities occur, or conditions differ materially from what was originally agreed. 7. Policy Integration This policy forms part of S.A. Bodyguard’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
